When we spoke with the company’s customer service team, they told us that their goal is to keep customers happy and get them back on their feet as quickly as possible.
So the company decided to try and make the process of dealing with customers as painless as possible, and to avoid stressing out its customers.

In fact, the only time we got to see their website was when we were asked to sign up for a class, so we didn’t know much about the process.
After the initial consultation, the company told us we could pick our own service and we could have it delivered immediately to our doorstep, or we could pay for the next two hours.
So Chemko’s customer services team told us they’re not trying to be overly friendly, but to make it as pain-free as possible for customers to make the right choice.
“We’re not asking for a specific number of hours, just to keep our customers happy,” one of the company reps told us.

When I visited Chemko, I was surprised to find the team very friendly and responsive to my questions.
As I was in the waiting room, I asked one of Chemkos reps, who is also the company founder, what it’s like to be a customer.
“It’s very good to be asked, but also very helpful to know your options,” he said.
“You’re asked about your product, you’re asked for the best prices, you have options for what to do.
I think that’s the best thing to do in a customer relationship, I think customers want to be taken care of and their expectations are met.”
For the customers that Chemko helps to service, the results are very rewarding.
The response from customers is often extremely positive and the team seems very interested in how the service can be improved.
