BaidU has acquired digital-service provider Engins technology, the company announced.
Engins is a global cloud computing company based in Singapore, and it offers software solutions for cloud services and virtualization.
BaidU and Engins announced the acquisition, which was announced in January, on Wednesday.
Engines chief technology officer, Liao Jianxin, will remain on the BaidUs board of directors.
Baid u has an office in Singapore.
The move is the latest in a string of acquisitions that have included Chinese search giant Baidao, South Korean technology giant Samsung, and South Korean software giant Samsung Internet.
Engin has been acquired by the China National Group (CNNG) earlier this year, and Baidus acquired Engins’ services in February.
Engi, which has been around since 2009, provides cloud computing solutions for the cloud computing industry.
Engis business has grown from less than 50 employees to more than 2,500 employees.
Engins also had a long history of working with Google, and in 2013 it partnered with the company to create its Google Cloud Platform, a platform that powers the company’s online services, including Gmail and YouTube.
Engintech, which Engin started as a business incubator in 2009, was founded by the same people behind Engins, and its first product was a service that allowed users to easily create their own cloud applications.
Engini started as an online video editing service, but now offers a range of video editing products including Vimeo, Vevo, Vimeo Pro, and Vimeo Lite.
Engin also sells cloud services in the US, China, and India.
Engints software, which is used in the majority of its applications, is free for customers and is used by hundreds of companies.
Enginx, which sells online services to governments, governments and NGOs, is another Engin company that sells to companies including NASA, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and NASA Jet Propulsing.
Enginx is also a cloud-based analytics service that helps organizations monitor how well their services are performing.
Enginex has an app that can help organizations monitor their workloads, and also provides tools to help customers manage their data.
Engines technology is a product of Engins founder and CEO Liao, who founded the company in 2009 and later joined the Bantai Group, according to Engin’s website.
Enginis business was built on a cloud platform, but it is now moving to the cloud, according a company blog post.
